We take the boring part.

You build. We read the terms. Check where you stand in about 10 minutes. It's your first step into compliance.

Check where you stand
About 10 minutes. Zero terms read. · not legal advice
02 · the build

You learned AI.
You built the thing.

It started as a weekend prompt. Now it talks to a model, takes client files, and a client wants it running by Monday. Honestly? Cool.

Vendor Questionnaire

Please complete before go-live. Answers will be kept on file.

  1. Where does our data go once it is uploaded to your product?!
  2. Does your AI vendor keep it, or train on it?!
  3. What do the data rules in your country say about this?!
  4. Who can see the files our team sends you?

03 · the question

Then someone
asks.

Where does our data go? Does your AI vendor keep it or train on it? What do your country's rules say? You could ask a chatbot, or you could get back to building.

Trust is worth more than a great product, and the fastest way to lose it is a client question you can't answer.

psstFeeling sleepy talking about compliance? Try losing sleep over non-compliance.

04 · what we do

Terms and conditions
are YOLO.
We give you the TL;DR.

~/saetero · tl;drexample · fictional vendor
❯ tldr ./terms ./rules ./privacy
reading the fine print so you don't have to… done
1 ExampleAI keeps your inputs for 30 days, then deletes them.
2 You can switch off training on your data in its settings.
! You promised you have consent for any personal data you send it.

We read your AI vendors' terms, the data rules where you operate and the privacy fine print nobody reads, then bring forward only what matters to you.

Fine print in. TL;DR out.

05 · how the check works

Check where you stand.
About 10 minutes.

  2. ❯ answer

Answer a few questions. No legal vocabulary needed.

Get an AI analysis: where you stand, the blind spots worth watching, and what to ask your lawyer.

example data

Where you stand · example

Example Co. · a document assistant for small accounting firms

You send client documents to an AI vendor to summarise them, and you have clients in two countries. The areas that most likely touch you are how your vendor handles those documents, the data rules in both countries, and what your own privacy notice says.

Worth asking your lawyer: do you need a written agreement with your clients about how their documents are processed?

A vibe coder becomes a founder the day they start caring about the boring stuff, like compliance. This is your first step.
